  • Project structure
    Benchmark
    works with the client to define specific project requirements beyond staffing.  Our detailed project confirmation ensures that each project is clearly understood prior to any work starting.  We are able to develop instructions when not provided by the client.  The details of each project are confirmed in writing with the client to eliminate errors.

    can match data collection and reporting capabilities to the needs of each project.  Customized reporting is included in standard cost unless significant time is required for development or maintenance.  Reports and invoices can be provided through e-mail, fax or postal mail.

    Benchmark’s
    quality engineering support includes development of work instructions, corrective action/root cause analysis, work flow evaluation, and statistical analysis.  We use lean principles and six sigma tools to help us identify areas to eliminate waste, improve profit, and pass the savings along to our customers.
