Benchmark National can provide people at any location and on any shift to
root out non-conforming parts. Our people are experienced with
plastics, castings, stampings, rubber, glass and assemblies. Even
if your need for support is for just one s uspect shipment, our inspectors
can provide support with visual and/or dimensional checks. Client
specific reports are available for short- and long-term projects.
We will even create work instructions using digital imaging technology.
Inspection
Benchmark provides custom solutions to sorting and inspection
services.
- Inspect parts/products, accept parts with acceptable
(conforming) requirements and reject defective (non-conforming)
parts
- Verify specified dimensions of product or material and record
results
- Perform procedures to part/products after inspection
- Document number of parts worked for the project, non-conforming
parts, and time worked on that project
- Rework or repackage parts
- Train other employees on the job
- Create work instructions
Using digital imaging technology, Benchmark will
create instructions when not provided by the customer. Work
instructions are signed-off by customer to acknowledge proper procedures
have been created.
Rework
Benchmark National provides timely product rework services with
minimal notice. Reworked products can be
returned to conforming status, saving our clients time and money. Procedures
and tooling ar e provided by our clients.
Containment
Offering
reliability and continuity is most important when isolating
non-conforming product at a supplier facility. Benchmark National
understands the critical nature of a 100% sort prior to the product
reaching its final destination. If needed, Benchmark National can
provide warehouse locations convenient to the intended shipping route to
relieve floor congestion.
When a third-party inspection is needed, Benchmark National works closely
with everyone involved to provide accurate information daily.
