What shifts can you provide containment or sorting coverage for? 24 hours a day - 7 days a week This includes shipping and receiving customer product from our warehouse. Can you inspect parts away from the client's facility? Yes. Our 9,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Findlay, Ohio, serves Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Our 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Morristown, Tennessee serves Knoxville and eastern Tennessee. We can establish temporary facilities anywhere in the United States. Do you accept international projects? Yes. In addition to assignments throughout the United States, we also accept projects in Canada and Mexico. Our primary base of operations is in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Tennessee. Do you have SPC software for data analysis? Yes, we use Minitab. What forms of data entry can you accommodate? Benchmark accommodates any form of data entry: direct, remote, wireless, or internet-based. Data is stored on one of our SQL servers; reports and analysis results can be communicated through hardcopy, e-mail, or viewed on a secure website. Do you provide daily reporting and analysis of your findings? Daily reports can be provided by fax, e-mail, or via the Web. We have the in-house capability to maintain secure web access to your data. Benchmark National offers detailed and accurate reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Total count/rejection reports can also be provided on a per-shift basis. For parts with multiple defects, reports can be created showing percentage of occurrence by defect. All reports can be transmitted via fax, e-mail, or viewed on a secure website. Yes - Benchmark has done hundreds of Gage R&R studies. Can you assist suppliers with prevention-based controls? Our Quality Engineers are skilled and experienced in a variety of lean manufacturing and six sigma disciplines and are available upon request. Do you create inspection or work instructions? When not provided by our customer, Benchmark will create instructions using digital imaging technology. Our customer signs off on the procedures we develop to acknowledge they are accurate. Where a third-party inspection is necessary, Benchmark National works closely with everyone involved to provide accurate information daily. In controlled shipping cases, Benchmark National can offer its custom warehousing solutions to provide a conveniently-located facility. What are your warehouse capabilities? We take a unique approach to logistic problems by offering inspection and warehouse facilities specific to each customer's needs. Our locations are not limited to select geographic areas and each site is usually tailored to one specific customer. In these cases, our customers benefit from increased floor space and/or reduced shipping costs. Please note, our custom warehouse solutions are not available for short-term projects. | |
